New Jersey Trip

Hi guys!

This semester has been one of my hardest times at school. I’m a senior, but I added a second major late in the game and I’ll have to go an extra year. My life has been so hectic and honestly, I don’t like it. I enjoy having “me” time and being able to relax. This semester, I haven’t had much time for any of that.

Being overly busy hasn’t been all that bad. There definitely are some perks. I love my marketing internship at school. I get to work with our campus dining and I have a blast. My coworkers are great and we always get to do fun activities (think: food tastings, giveaways, taking pictures for social media). In my sports information internship, I’m learning how to use Photoshop!  It’s really cool to be apart of the sports world. My brother has always been involved in sports, so I’ve always sat on the sideline. But to be a part of the marketing end of an athletics department has been a great time. I feel more connected to my school by being involved with our sporting teams. I get to sit in the press box at our home football games, which I find to be pretty cool.

Recently, I had a weekend off so I headed to New Jersey to hang out with my best friends. We had so much fun. We went shopping, made our way to a farm, and I had the BEST veggie burger I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. Here’s some pics!

y’all know how much I love food- I just had to share this

In the past, I have been really bad with consistently posting and creating new content. (I still am.) Right now, I don’t have a specific vision as to where I want the veg beauty to go. Over the past three years, I have kind of been all over the place. My interests have changed so much in the last three years. I have grown as a person over this time. So right now, I’m just trying to figure it all out. But thankfully, I found someone that supports my vision and is extremely encouraging.

Stay tuned. I’m excited for what is to come.

Thanks for reading and being a part of my journey.

xoxo,

Victoria

p.s. Happy 3rd anniversary to the veg beauty! 🙂
